Using new Lithium Phosphate battery technology we're able to build a battery with the same cranking power as a conventional lead-acid battery, but weighing 80% lighter! Lithium Phosphate cells have been tested to last thousands of cycles, the days of replacing your motorcycle battery every year or two are over! Additionally, these batteries lose less than 1% of their charge when left sitting for one year, which means there is no need to hassle with a Battery Tender. The smaller size of the CarbonSpeed Racing Battery also makes more room for other accesories (Power Commander, Speedo Healer, etc). CarbonSpeed Racing Batteries are 100% plug-n-play. There are currently two configurations available. The 4-cell pack is the lightest and is perfect for most 600cc - 750cc sport bikes. For bikes over 750cc we reccomend the 8-cell setup, with twice the cranking amps to turn over those large high-compression engines. (Note: The Triumph Daytona 675 requires an 8-cell setup due to special requirements of it's starting system).
